Food Pantry Ministry Feb-10-2010
We’ll distribute food again to the first fifty families in zip codes 44307 and 44320. The pantry will close prior to 3:00 p.m. if all items have been picked up. St. Philip’s will distribute food on the fourth Wednesday of each month from the parish. .

Lenten Study with New Life Episcopal Church Feb-10-2010
St. Philip's and New Life Episcopal Church will share a joint Lenten study on Wednesday of each week beginning February 24 through March 24, 2010 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Each parish will alternate hosting the sessions which will also include a soup supper. The session dates are as follows: New Life - February 24, March 10 and 24. St. Philip's - March 3 and 17 The New Life Episcopal Church is located at 13118 Church Avenue N.W., Uniontown, telephone number is 330.699-3554.
The series is called THE GOSPEL IN FOUR DIRECTIONS
An introduction to the creation-centered spirituality of Native American people, and an exploration of how this way of knowing God connects to our Episcopal/Anglican spiritual traditions. We will use video and print materials prepared by Native Americans from Province VIII of the national church.
This should be an interesting study, as we both explore the spiritual practices of Native Americans.
